the speed of delivery was good for this product and so was customer service when i had to send the first piece back because it would not recognise my usb.. i agreed that it might've been a faulty piece but then the one they sent me in return was even worse! this one turned on but the screen was flickering, and had thick black line running across it. the screen wasn't even central! i would not recommend this product to anyone.. it's ridiculous how they don't even check their products before sending them out. one faulty product i can accept, but two is just pushing it! especially since the second was a replacement so they should've at least made the effort to check it!

At first I was a little worried about buying a digital frame online becuase I wasnt 100% sure of the quality. But as sson as it arrived I ralised what a quality frame this was,not only was it very cheap,it came very quickly.rnrnI will definatley be buying more for this site!
