Fantastic frame , the quality of frame and picture is very impressive, i looked at quite a few frames before buying this one and the quality of the frame and helpfulness were not a patch on digital frames direct, digital frames service was superb, plus a 12 month warranty and you can change if you have 1 dead pixel, one company quoted me 5 dead pixels before they would change the frame!!rnThank You Digital Frames Direct i will be recommending you to my friends for surernrn

I had bought 7" screens before as gifts but held off as I wanted mine to be bigger. Visited a friend and she had a 15" photo frame but the quality of photo's was really poor. So I searched until I found this one. rnThe picture quality is great (wont get technical). Everybody loves it and sits and stares at the pictures. rnrnRecently ordered another one for my cousin. Her husband was doubtful but loves it also. Makes a real statement. rnrnI have scanned in pictures onto the pc and then put them on the frame it is great to be able to see those pictures from my childhood that had been relegated to a box or album. rnrnI would definately recommend.

Just wanted to thank you for the frame. It came by return and we're delighted with it. Picture quality is superb...just the job for a set of 450 pics from our recent Indian trip. One small point, some folks say the frames "stutter" with big image files. The answer given is to keep files smaller than 1mb? Well of equal importance is to use a storage device with a fast transfer rate! Ours stuttered at first with big (6-10mb) files stored on a Sandisk Cruzer Micro MS, but when we changed to a Sandisk Extreme 3 CF Cardrn(30mb/s) the problem disappeared. We're now busily transferring all our recent trips onto cards so we can view them on the frame. Quality bit of kit at a really good price. Thanks again!rn

A goog big frame will always beat a good small frame. The screen quality for pictures is crystal clear, no complaints there, and the option for shuffled pictures is good. thanks

This is a great bit of kit. Crystal clear, sharp screen, makes the photos look great from anywhere in the room. So easy to operate - just stick in an HD card and press "Slideshow" on the remote. Why bother with anything smaller? Great service, too.
