Excellent service all round. Very pleased with the appearance of the frame and the quality & size of the pictures particularly after a bad experience with another company. Very impressed by the quality ,but would reiterate other reviewers comment about the manual- not very comprehensive at all.rnDisappointed that there is no random function on the slideshow,and no longer interval than 60 seconds.

I am extremely pleased with the frame and quality of picture, and am quite confident my mother and father will be too. I was, however, very disappointed by the manual. Being a gift for my parents, they would struggle to work out what each menu does. Service from the company was second to none, and I will be purchasing my own frame early in the the new year.rn
