Detailed screen, good aspect ratio (one of few on the market which is thankfully not widescreen.) Could be brighter and have greater viewing angles. Alas, takes much longer to read pics from memory cards (5 second slide show becomes nearly 20 seconds) and seemed to freeze up with a USB stick. Just tried movies and failed to play AVI or mpeg4 even though it says it is compatible. Will be returning it tomorrow with a heavy heart.

I am really impressed with the quality of customer service at digital frames direct not only can you talk to an actual person straight away without worrying about automated services but i found them to be very friendly and helpful, and as yet cant find fault with the frame.

Really great service i called up yesterday afternoon without much of a clue about digital frames i was advised a frame to fit my requirements and came up with this, its such good quality and i recieved it in less than 24 hours after calling. I would really reccomend this frame to anyone.
