Length: 41.9cm, Height: 34.5cm, Diagonal: 54.0cm. (These dimensions include black fascia and outer Acrylic)

Q2: What is the maximum file size for this digital photo frame ?

There is no particular file size for this digital photo frame, however if you are experiencing unreliable playback, and freezing screen this will be because the images are too big. To solve this reduce their size to under 1MB

Q3: What are the time intervals between each picture on the slideshow?

Q4: Can the digital photo frame play a slideshow in a random order?

Yes. This frame can play a slideshow in either the order in which the photos were loaded onto the frame or in a random order using the Slideshow Shuffle function.

Q5: Can I use my Digital Photo Frame abroad?

All our frames are multi voltage input and can therefore be used all round the world. A foreign plug adapter will be needed

Q6: Can I hang this digital photo frame on the wall?

Yes. This frame comes with built in hanging sockets to help with the placing of the frame on the wall. You should think about purchasing an extension lead if you are looking to do this.

Q7: What is the maximum picture size the digital photo frame can display?

The digital photo frame is able to display pictures up to 16 mega pixels

The digital photo frame's best picture resolution is 1024x768

Q9: What adjustments can I make to the pictures on the digital photo frame?

All colour settings are preset at the factory however you may adjust the brightness and contrast of the screen

Q10: Does this digital photo frame run on batteries?

No. Our 15" Digital photo frame runs off of mains power and cannot be charged via batteries.

Q11: Can this digital photo frame show Powerpoint presentations?

Yes, there is a tool in Microsoft Powerpoint that allows you to convert your slides into JPEGs. These pictures can then be uploaded onto your digital photo frame to create a presentation. Great for showing presentations at work, at a reception desk, or in a meeting room
