Digital Frames Direct shall have the option to make good or replace without charge any goods which prove to the reasonable satisfaction of Digital Frames Direct to be of faulty manufacture within a period of 12 calendar months after delivery or that period stated on the Digital Frames Direct acknowledgement form if different.
